Shipping & delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days and delivered in 6 to 10 business days from dispatch. This applies to Australia and every other destination we ship to.
You will receive tracking by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Australian orders valued at A$1,000 or less arrive with nothing further to pay on delivery.
Returns
Return unworn items within 30 days of delivery, with all tags attached, for a refund. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by you; we cover return postage for faulty or incorrect items.
To start a return, email hello@luradi.com with your order number. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days of your return being received and checked.
